1-5 Maintenance Crew Members
Maintenance crew leads are responsible to direct crew members, communicate with clients, plan workflow, and manage production efficiency. Timelines must be met AND the properties we maintain must reflect our highest standards of quality. Physical labor is required for this position.
Duties & responsibilities:
Responsible to oversee and run a maintenance crew
Effectively manage small groups of team members including training, supervising, crew development and individual team member issues
Assist with securing all materials and equipment needed
Responsible to coordinate efficient maintenance routes
Ensure projects are completed on time
Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
Maintain positive client relations and answer on-site client questions
Proficient use of power equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
Responsible to conduct minor repairs on equipment
Responsible to diagnose and repair minor irrigation problems (promptly identify and report major irrigation problems)
Responsible for a crew’s truck, trailer, and equipment, including regular maintenance and organization
Specific Job Details:
A commitment to full working hours (40-50 hrs/week) throughout the complete season (April-October) is required for this position.
Winter schedule will include snow plowing, additional training, attendance at home show week(s).
More than two days of unpaid time-off cannot be used consecutively during the growing season (April-Oct).
Fisk Lawnscapes will provide 2 Fridays (16 total hours) of paid time off during the season (or cash equivalent in November).
